We can provide a few options for your requirements from Off-Site services to simple local onsite UBS backups.

 

Off-site backups are preferred in may instances and IT Solutions are a reseller of Datto SaaS backup, which integrates into the Microsoft 365 Business package of your business. Datto back ups 3 times a day, keeps a retention of 3 backups a day for a month and then keeps a single backup a day for the previous 11 months giving a full year of backups to restore from. This backs up everything that is in the cloud for Microsoft services, Exchange back ups cover Email (all emails and emails in subfolders) along with Calendar, contacts and notes - OneDrive for your personal file service per user and SharePoint where all your collaborative files are stored.

 

For backing up files outside of the scope of Microsoft we user IDrive which again like Datto is one of the world’s leading backup services.

 

Using Datto as a SaaS Backup Solution

Datto SaaS Backup helps protect cloud‑based data—such as Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and other SaaS applications. Even though these services store data in the cloud, they do not always protect against things like accidental deletion, user error, or ransomware. Datto adds an extra layer of protection.
